    • Most orders over $35 ship for free!

  • Can I order online and pick up my order in person?
    • Yes! Save on shipping by picking up your order in East Hampton, CT.
    • During checkout, choose "Pick Up" as your delivery method.
    • This is a free service.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • Major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Cash (for in-person pick up).
    • We also accept Shop Pay, which allows you to pay off your purchase in multiple installments.

Custom Commissions

  • How do I request a quote for custom work?
  • How long does a custom project take?
    • As you can imagine, it depends on a lot of factors.
      • Size or complexity of the project.
      • Material choices (some may take longer to acquire)
      • Other projects that are ahead, in line. (I'm booked out a couple of months or longer, at times)
    • The first step is helping me understand your needs.
    • From there, I can do my best to set clear expectations on timing and a rough cost.
  • How much do you charge for custom work?
    • Cost depends on a number of factors.
      • Size or complexity of the project.
      • Material choices (wood species can vary wildly)

  • Do you require a downpayment for custom work? Is my downpayment refundable?
    • Yes. Once we determine the estimated cost, I'll require a downpayment, which is usually 50% of the estimated project cost.
    • Your downpayment is refundable, for a limited time. Things happen. Plans change. I'm reasonable.
      • Downpayment is fully refundable up until I start designing/providing mockups.
      • If you cancel your project after I've put time and energy into providing mockups, $50/hr will be deducted from your downpayment refund. This is to pay for my time.
      • If you cancel after I've purchased materials or otherwise started to work on your project, your downpayment becomes forfeited. At that point, your options are to continue with the project as planned, or I can give you the purchased materials that haven't been machined yet.
