I had purchased this candle on accident and with full intention of trying to swap it for the correct one. Rob however had thought of a different idea, giving a great deal for me to help me out of my jam. He then aloud me to purchase another candle with a discount. This is by far the best customer service I have ever had in my life. And now not only do I have an amazing smelling campfire candle, I have a company that I know cares about the a customer’s happiness, my happiness.

Bought one of these since I follow RefashionedHippie. Got my candle and read the instructions, but didn't quite understand. I used it how I normally use candles, ignorant that these are not your average big box store candles. I reached out to Holzer for info and what I thought would be a fix for my misuse. During the correspondence, I got clarification and Rob went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. These are the small businesses that we ALL need to support. I will buy all my candles from Holzer Handcrafted going forward!

I purchased the large cutting board and 6 pack of matching coasters for my friend's wedding. Not only was Rob able to put their personal hashtag on (which was to long for the website), he did their initials as well. He reached out via email to confirm he received my order and even called to discuss the order. Absolutely wonderful and prompt customer service, I cannot recommend them enough. The cutting board is think and stunning, the coasters are just adorable. If you want to support a small business with quality products this is the place.

Happy New Year! I'd like to share how much I'm enjoying the Belltown scented candle my husband got me for Christmas...it smells wonderful and I particularly enjoy the crackle of the wick/flame. :)

I’m on my fifth bar of Turning a New Leaf Holzer Handcrafted soap. I love the fresh, clean scent, the soapy lather, and the way it leaves my skin feel moisturized.

I was looking for a specific scent, and ordered one to try... They recommended a different one, and it was GREAT!!!

Doesn't lose the scent, seems to last forever, as long as you don't leave it where it sits in water. My hands didn't seem to crack as bad as with liquid or store bought bar soap. I will be buying more! I'm so happy with it!

I own several of Rob's cutting boards and they hold up better than any other board I have used. In fact, I started buying them to give as gifts to family and friends. Highly recommended!

My cutting board was made to order and came out even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!! Holzer was wonderful to deal with and his display pieces amazed me. I would recommend this man to the world and would give more than 5 stars if I could.
